Elaine Cloyd, Hutchinson, Kansas, has been involved in Crime Stoppers of Reno County since 1986, and has served in various capacities to present including Chairman.

Active in Crime Stoppers International since 1991, she has served in positions of Vice-President, Treasurer, Chair of the Site Selection, Legislation, and Finance Committees, and IACP liaison, among others. Currently, she serves as a Board Member representing Crime Stoppers USA.

Elected to Kansas Crime Stoppers Association, Inc. in 1999, she held the positions of Vice President, President, and Chairman, is currently an Advisor to the organization, and was voted as a Life Member of the organization in 2006. Over the last six years, Ms. Cloyd has been involved in Crime Stoppers USA as a founding board member, incorporating Vice President, and now serves a second term as President.

Ms. Cloyd has held leadership roles with a variety of nonprofits including the Salvation Army, Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and Leadership Hutchinson to name a few. She has a BS from Kansas State University and an MBA from Wichita State University, with major interest in Finance and International Business. She is also a certified graduate of the FBI Instructor Training Program.

Ms. Cloyd is a Vice President - Investments for a New York Stock Exchange firm serving individuals and corporations.
